"Neurotic Society" (Compulsory Mix)
Yes, new music by Ms. Lauryn Hill. I can't believe I am updating this blog with Lauryn's new track "Neurotic Society (Compulsory Mix). This track may not appease my head noddin' tendencies as Lauryn's lyrical ability and message somewhat upstages the production on the track... But I love it all the same!
Eve is back. It would be great to have Missy return. The icing on the cake would be to have lesser known femcees like Holly Saucy and Rapsody gain waaay more exposure. The energy, a balanced awareness and the excitement of femceeS (not a femcee) has been missing from the rap game for a loooong time. But I won't go there because in MY eyes they've always been here.
